Understanding and using technology to connect our worlds

Friday 11th November, 11:45am

Clinical Psychologist Liesje Donkin will be delivering a session on behalf of ReachOut Pro to help healthcare professionals to better understand the role of technology in young people's lives and to develop strategies to reach and engage young people to improve their access and wellbeing using the digital space.

Pre-conference workshop: Using technology to improve young people's wellbeing.

The conference is also supported by the Co-operative Research Centre for Young People, Technology and Wellbeing, who will be running a pre-conference workshop - bringing together a broad range of people including researchers, practitioners, policy-makers, innovators and young people themselves to explore how best to deliver services that utilise collaborative, innovative and participatory approaches.

The workshop will include practical demonstrations of tools and resources that can be used to support young people's mental health and wellbeing, including new tools and resources developed by ReachOut.com
