The online seminar "An Introduction to Technology" was delivered
to Headspace staff by ReachOut Pro in December 2011, building on
the content covered in the ReachOut Pro professional development
resources for using technology to support young people.
This webinar covered the basics of how young people use
technology, how they access help using
technology, and ethical and safety
boundaries that you may face as a healthcare professional
in the digital world. The webinar consists of three short
presentations from experts in the field, followed by questions from
the audience.
Participants of the webinar were expected to have read parts 1,
2 and 4 of the "Connecting Our Worlds" professional development
