The online seminar "Using Technology in Practice" was delivered
to Headspace staff by ReachOut Pro in January 2012, building on the
content covered in the ReachOut Pro professional development
resources for using technology to support young people.
This webinar provided practical case studies of how
social media and online spaces / interventions can be used to
support the mental health and wellbeing of young people.
The webinar consists of three short presentations from experts in
the field, followed by questions from the audience.
Participants of the webinar were expected to have read part 3 of
