Positive Mental Health

Positive mental health is a combination of a robust belief in one's potential as well as positive self image and esteem. A person exhibiting positive mental health will avoid internalising blame or comparing themselves with others. They are aware and comfortable with their strengths and weaknesses and are clear on what they need and want from others.
