Problem Solving

Particularly for problems in which solutions are not obvious or difficult to follow through, it is not uncommon for a person to feel overwhelmed, pressured, depressed or anxious. As a result, the person may feel helpless - but breaking the problem down into pieces and tackling each piece step by step might help that person regain their sense of control.
